2. Principles
This website is built on data minimization: no tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party fonts or scripts. All resources are self-hosted.
3. Server logs
When you visit, our hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.) automatically processes technical data (truncated IP address, time, requested page, browser) to keep the service secure and stable. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted after a short period.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site sets exactly one functional cookie: vp_lang (your language choice, 12 months). The assistant's chat history lives only in your browser's Local Storage and is never stored on our server. Legal basis: § 25(2) German TDDDG (strictly necessary). There are no tracking or advertising cookies — which is why no cookie banner is required.
5. Chat assistant
If you use the chat assistant, your message text is transmitted to an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI or Google — depending on configuration) to generate the reply. No name, email address or identifier is sent with it. Please do not enter sensitive personal data. In "offline mode" no input leaves this website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, we process your data only to handle the request and delete it once resolved. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
7. Instagram and Meta services
The Instagram profile @vision.pouya is included as a plain outbound link; once you click it, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.'s privacy policy applies. Where this website or its automated services use official Meta APIs (e.g. the Instagram Graph API), platform data is processed solely to manage and publish content of our own account, is never sold or transferred to third parties, and is deleted at any time in line with Meta's platform policies. To request deletion of related data, email media@pouyavision.net; deletion is carried out and confirmed within 30 days.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; competent for Hamburg: Der Hamburgische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
9. Security
The connection to this website is TLS-encrypted; the content management system can only be used with cryptographic access keys and is fully audit-logged.
10. Changes
This policy is updated when site functionality changes; the version published here is always the authoritative one.
